We ship all orders via FedEx Ground. Orders will ship within 2 business days. We are unable to ship International, APO, Alaska or Hawaii orders at this time. Shipping charges are calculated automatically during the checkout process using our actual FedEx costs based on weight and location.
If your order contains any items that are DOT regulated for hazmat shipping, an adult must be present to sign for your packages. If you do not have hazmat items, FedEx may still require an adult signature before leaving any package at your location. If no one is present, FedEx will leave a notice at your delivery address. If you do not expect anyone to be present for receipt of hazmat items, you are responsible for arranging pickup of your packages at the FedEx Group shipping facility nearest your location upon notice of failure to deliver. For this reason, we suggest choosing a delivery location that has personnel during regular business hours. Neither Hot Stuff Chemicals or FedEx Ground is responsible for delivery delays due to the lack of a signator for your packages.
